The RTM Food Combining Mini Recipe Book

When people ask me about my diet and I say that I food combine to help stay slim, healthy and indigestion-free, two questions usually follow: what does it involve and what can you eat.

When I explain it means not mixing proteins and starches and keeping fruit separate, then the next question is often whether you can eat roast dinners, curries, fish and chips or sandwiches.

When I say yes to them all, just in a slightly different way, the next stage is to give a few examples.

As I have been doing that for a few years now, I thought it might be worth writing some of them down. So, based on the general principle of three meals a day plus healthy snacks, I have compiled over a week’s worth of recipes, ideas and tips to give everyone a guide.

Some of the recipes are classics, some are adaptations, some have been given to me or I have invented myself. The point is not that they are necessarily new, only that they have the right ingredients to be included in a food combining mini recipe book. They are also pretty quick and very simple.

All of these are in the Recipes section under the Diet tab at the top of the page. I hope you enjoy them!
